Pre move survey, estimation, quotation, and acceptance of the quote
In order to determine the cost, one of our agents will pre move survey Your entire shipment. Be sure to show to the agent everything to be moved, including any items in the garage and any storage areas in the basement or attic.
Based on volume estimation our agent will calculate all the other details like time of transit or the price.
After the survey You will receive a Quote including a special collection of detailed services that our company can provide. You will find in our quote details about packing, number of days required, loading, way of transportation, date of delivery, all necessary documentation for customs clearance at origin or destination, insurance, in the case of. The quote will include the price offer based on the volume estimated by our mover.
Attached to the quotation You will find an "Order for Services Form" which will have to be completed in case You accept the offer of TOP MOVERS
After completing the form You will be contacted in order to set up the final details and You will be sent all the necessary forms as Customs Clearance and Insurance, when required.
